Refund and Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product, without needing to give a reason. To do so, you must contact us by email at s.akadi92150@gmail.com specifying your order number and the products concerned.

2. Return conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unused, and without any signs of damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund
Once the products have been returned and checked, we will proceed with a full refund of the returned items (excluding delivery costs), within 14 days of receipt.

4. Non-returnable products
Personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for a refund, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
